Events:
Once you book with Excess Studios, we will arrange a consultation to meet with you at your convenience. At that time we will go over your specific needs, requirements and schedule for your event and go over our background and prop samples. You can choose from our numerous standard sets or mix and match with different colored backgrounds and props to custom create your images. We also allow 2 different background set-ups at your event, this way you have the choice between the backgrounds. You also have the option of either setting up at your desired location or having the event photographed at our studio. We give your event the time it deserves, without hidden over-time charges, location fees, or additional grouping charges.

Day of:
We arrive at your location 2 hours before your scheduled event to ensure we are ready and prepared for the first grouping to begin and stay until the last grouping has been photographed. Our professional staff reserved for your event includes 4 photographers (2 for each set-up) and 2 sales staff to guarantee that the entire event runs smoothly. You do not need to worry about anything that day, we do it all. Also, we give you the opportunity of adding groups or individuals at any time during the shoot at no additional cost or headache.

Ordering:
At your event our specialized sales staff is greeting you with smiles and ready to assist with your order. We have price sheets and actual samples of available backgrounds for the customers to decide on. At that time, we do require full payment. We accept check, money order, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. The customers then receive a copy of their receipt with our contact information giving them the opportunity to make certain they have all of their purchase information to contact us with their specific questions and not bother your establishment.

Viewing:
48 hours after an event, we upload the images to the event section of our website for everyone to view. This is password protected. We give the password to the customers the day of the event with the date it will be available. Those who do not wish to have their images shown on the web can choose "No Web" on the order form. We understand and will abide by that.

Final Order:
Excess Studios guarantees all finished portraits within 2 weeks maximum of the event. We directly deliver the finished portraits to the customers. Along with their order, they will receive a postcard. The postcard will have the order information printed on it for reorder purposes. Customers have the option of reordering for up to 2 years.
